RAF Finningley Veterans Cycle Ride 2018
Ward Plane Ltd are very proud to work with Graham Bell of QUENSH GB (Europe) Limited and have done our part and sponsored him and his former colleagues in completing a 100 mile cycle ride in aid of RAFA.
The riders and their support team called at seven Bomber Command Units; Coningsby; Friskerton; Scampton; Hemswell; Bawtry; Finningley; Lindholme, and arrived at Doncaster late afternoon, to meet other ex veterans to begin our annual reunion of MT drivers and partners. The Royal Air Forces Association Wings Appeal provides fantastic welfare support to veterans and current serving Royal Air Force personnel.
A very well done to all who took part, a very worthy cause supported!
