Our Office Manager Sam attended the Leeds Clean Air Zone Roadshow today to discuss the impending Clean Air Zone plans and explore practical ways to comply.

It was a very intense first seminar where attendees expressed their concerns, which were addressed by Leeds City Councillor James Lewis and Leeds City Council team member Polly Cook.

After this, representatives from truck manufacturers and vehicle converters, retrofit system designers, alternative fuels experts plus hire and finance firms advised on possible options for us to explore to facilitate compliance with the Clean Air Zone.

Here at Ward Plane Ltd we take our responsibilities in reducing emissions, especially in our local area, very seriously and will take steps over the next 18 months to upgrade our fleet to All ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEVs).
